Fri 8/8 - all 3 teams practiced, and Vertical Raise presentation 3:45-4:15pm

- JV & FR: early dismissal at 2:45 to get to Helix by 3:30... Gametime 4:30
- VARSITY: early dismissal at 3:15 to get to Helix by 4:15. Varsity gametime 6:00

- SETTERS & CONDITIONING for VAR & JV 2:00-2:45
- VARSITY practice 2:45-4:45
- JV & FRESHMAN: practice 4:45-6:45
Thurs 8/28 - "B" Day - AWAY GAME at Clairemont HS
- JV & FR: early dismissal time 3:00. Gametime 4:30
- VARSITY: no early dismissal. Arrive at Clairemont by 4:15. Varsity gametime 6:00
Fri 8/29 - "A" Day
- VARSITY practice 2:00-3:15
- JV & FRESHMAN: practice 3:15-4:45

Mon 9/1 - SCHOOL HOLIDAY - Labor Day
- no practices!
- relax, get caught up on schoolwork & sleep :)
Tues 9/2 - "B" Day
- JV & FR: practice right after school 3:30-5:40pm
- VARSITY: practice 5:45-7:45pm
Wed 9/3 - "A" Day - HOME GAME vs Victory Christian
- All players check in with their Athletics (4th Period) teacher first (so you don't get marked absent) then come to the gym to set up for Game Day.
- gym should be fully set up by 3:30, when opponent JV & FR will start arriving
- 4:30 game time for JV & Freshman (on 2 courts, same start time)
- Varsity game will start 30min after the conclusion of JV & FR. Varsity may start as early as 5:45 (even though game time is listed as 6:00pm)
Thurs 9/4 - "B" Day
- JV & FR: practice right after school 3:30-5:40pm
- VARSITY: practice 5:45-7:45pm
Fri 9/5 - "A" Day
- VARSITY practice 2:00-3:45
- JV & FRESHMAN: practice 3:45-5:15
- (6pm Freshman pre-football tailgate)

On school days, Varsity will typically practice first and JV & Fr will practice afterwards on A Days.. On B Days, JV & FR will practices right after school, then Varsity afterwards 5:40-7:45pm.... Plan to get homework done, have a snack, and get back to the gym in time for practice if you have free time before practice.
