Freshman callbacks 12:00-2:00
Varsity callbacks 2:30-4:30 - UPDATED TIME!
JV callbacks 4:45-6:45 - UPDATED TIME!

NEW for Fall 2026:
- Freshman & JV will practice FIRST: 2:15-4:15 on A Days, and 3:30-5:30 on B days
- Varsity will practice AFTER FR/JV: 4:15-6:30 on A days and 5:30-7:30pm on B days, with weight/strength training 2x/week prior to practice.

Tues 8/5 - all 3 teams practiced
Wed 8/6 - JV & FRESHMAN TEAMS practiced, VARSITY at RALLY CLASSIC scrimmage vs Helix
Thurs 8/7 - All 3 teams at Mission Bay HS 3:00-6:30pm for GAME DAY mock-up & in-house scrimmages
Fri 8/8 - all 3 teams practiced, and Vertical Raise presentation 3:45-4:15pm

On school days, Varsity will practice first and JV & Fr will practice afterwards... So, typically JV & Freshman team will start practice at 4:45 or 5:30 (always starting sometime after 4:30pm). Plan to get homework done, have a snack, and get back to the gym in time for practice.
